Publications and publishing cooperation

International First Aid Certification Centre publishes its own books, course books and multimedia materials in order to promote first aid education, emotional assistance, lifesaving on the battleground and teaching lifesaving. Our publications are not universally available because they are part of the license for professionals of IFACC. Our publications are not for sale. All our books, course books, workbooks, multimedia materials, educational tools and other teaching aids are available on the basis of a license. An authorized professional of IFACC has a free access to selected educational materials and tools within the acquired license.

At present, our system is provided with the following publications available in individual countries:
  • "First Aid Manual",
  • "Teaching First Aid",
  • "Emotional First Aid"
  • "Teaching Emotional First Aid",
  • "Military First Aid",
  • "Teaching Military First Aid",
  • "Educational Standards and Guidelines of International First Aid Certification Centre – First Aid",
  • "Educational Standards and Guidelines of International First Aid Certification Centre – Emotional First Aid",
  • "Educational Standards and Guidelines of International First Aid Certification Centre – Military First Aid".
Individual National Representations of IFACC provide educational materials for a given country, because each country can have different legal provisions in force. Consequently, all teaching materials are as far as possible adapted to the obligatory regulations of the education law in a given country. Educational materials published in particular national languages must be adapted by authorized educators to the principles and system of education obligatory in a given country.

If you want to publish a book through our organization it is possible on condition that each publication must be:
  • written in English and in the author’s national language,
  • sent as an attachment (in WORD),
  • checked in respect of linguistic, punctuation and stylistic correctness by a holder of at least master’s degree in a given language,
  • reviewed by at least two persons who are holders of a doctorate in medicine at the minimum (reviews must be attached as separate letters of the reviewers – scanned reviews).
All other stipulations should be agreed with the company which deals with our publications, i.e. Global Cognitive Education Ltd. IFACC publisher service is provided by a company allocated from IFACC.

I am interested in the issue of publication.
